These terms apply to all work performed by UNA Constructions Limited, including but not limited to plumbing, roofing, electrical work, house extensions, renovations, and remodeling projects.

2. Services

UNA Constructions Limited provides:

• Plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services
• Roofing solutions including repairs and installations
• Electrical services and installations
• House extensions and structural work
• Complete home renovations and remodeling
• General construction and building services

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary depending on:

• Unforeseen complications discovered during work
• Changes to project scope requested by the client
• Material cost fluctuations
• Additional work required to meet building regulations

Any significant changes to the quoted price will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before commencement of work
• Progress payments may be requested for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project contract
• Late payment may incur additional charges

5. Insurance and Liability

UNA Constructions Limited carries appropriate public liability insurance. However, clients are responsible for ensuring their own property insurance covers any work being undertaken. We recommend notifying your insurance provider before any major work begins.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as follows:

• 12 months warranty on general construction work
• 6 months warranty on plumbing installations
• 12 months warranty on electrical work (where applicable)
• Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

7. Health and Safety

UNA Constructions Limited is committed to maintaining high health and safety standards. We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must ensure safe access to work areas and inform us of any known hazards on the property.

8. Building Regulations and Permits

Where required, UNA Constructions Limited can assist with obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with building regulations. However, the responsibility for obtaining permits ultimately lies with the property owner unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a contract with reasonable notice. Cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the project and will be outlined in your specific contract. Any work completed and materials ordered up to the cancellation date will be charged.

10. Force Majeure

UNA Constructions Limited shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage direct communication to reach a satisfactory resolution. If necessary, disputes may be referred to appropriate trade bodies or mediation services.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Changes to Terms
