By engaging UNA Constructions Limited for any construction, renovation, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Where required, UNA Constructions Limited can assist with obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with building regulations. However, the responsibility for obtaining permits ultimately lies with the property owner unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Either party may cancel a contract with reasonable notice. Cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the project and will be outlined in your specific contract. Any work completed and materials ordered up to the cancellation date will be charged.
UNA Constructions Limited shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
